Individual Training
Experience personalized fitness sessions, learn about your body, and reach your fitness goals safely! Coach T offers flexible options to buy single sessions or packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions.
online training
Want to train in a remote location? Take advantage of the online training option (via zoom), while still benefiting from a personalized program. These sessions can be purchased as single sessions or packages of 4,8, or 12.
Group Training
Coach T's small group fitness training is perfect for groups of 2 to 5 participants. Sessions focus on group-oriented goals in a fun and collaborative environment.
